Avant Guardian

Avant Guardian is a top-down boss only game combining painting and combat. The game arena is a dynamic setting where the colors you paint will affect both the player and boss alike as you try to bring color back into a barren world. 

CONTROLS: 

Keyboard:

• Move with WASD
• Aim with the mouse
• Left click to perform a swipe attack
  • Hold and release to perform a whirlwind attack
• Right click to perform a jab attack 
  • Hold and release to perform a wave attack
• Dodge with spacebar
• Cycle paint colors with Q and E or the scroll wheel

Gamepad: 

• Move with the left stick
• Aim with the right stick
• Press the right shoulder to perform a swipe attack
  • Hold and release to perform a whirlwind attack
• Press the right trigger to perform a jab attack 
  • Hold and release to perform a wave attack
• Dodge with the south button or left trigger
• Cycle paint colors with the D-pad, left shoulder, or the west, north, and east buttons

PAINT COLORS: 

• Red: heals over time
• Blue: causes an ice effect
• Yellow: shoots a lightning projectile on attacks
